Most strategic advisory engagements run between three and twelve months, depending on the complexity of what you're navigating. Shorter engagements tend to focus on a specific inflection point — a leadership transition, a critical decision, or a team alignment challenge. Longer engagements provide sustained support through periods of significant change. We scope every engagement around what will create the most value, not around a standard package.
