Three River is a leadership consulting firm that provides executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting services. The Site provides information about our firm, our approach, our team, and the services we offer. The Site does not constitute an offer to provide services, and no client relationship is created by your use of the Site alone.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

5. Consulting Engagements

Any consulting, coaching, or advisory services provided by Three River are governed by separate engagement agreements between Three River and the client. These Terms do not establish, modify, or replace any terms contained in a signed engagement agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content or information obtained through the Site is accessed at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Three River, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of New York or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
